I’ve spent over three decades leading strategic transformations at the highest levels of global business—serving as Managing Director, Executive Committee member, and advisor to some of the world’s most respected companies.
But despite the titles, awards, and success, I felt something missing. I was asking… is this it?
The higher I climbed, the more I realised that traditional models of success often came at a cost of peace, purpose, and presence.
That’s when I began a personal journey of reflection, realignment, and reinvention. What emerged was Consciouspreneur®—a philosophy, a community, and now, a movement.
Today, I help others integrate strategic clarity with inner awareness. I guide conscious professionals and entrepreneurs to grow in all dimensions of life—without sacrificing themselves in the process.

The Consciouspreneur Circle was born from a simple yet powerful observation: Most people pursue success in one area of life—while neglecting the others.
Through years of executive leadership and personal reflection, I noticed a recurring pattern. Leaders who excelled professionally often felt disconnected personally. Those thriving socially sometimes lacked spiritual grounding. Many were chasing productivity, but longing for peace.
So, I created a model that redefines success—not as linear growth, but as balanced expansion across four essential dimensions of life:
